Facing the wild…New Frontiers for finding work as an illustrator, with panelist Murray Tinkelman, Jan. 19

Join the New York Chapter of the Graphic Artist Guild for a panel discussion with illustrators and industry experts about expanding markets in illustration, such as animation, graphic novels, interactive, and the evolving hybrid between design and illustration.

Panelists include illustrator and HAS MFA in Illustration Program Director Murray Tinkelman, as well as Jon Weiman, Tom White, and illustration rep Sally Helfin. Additional panelists tba.

The event will take place at the Pratt Institute/Manhatten, 144 West 14th St., Rm 213, on January 19th from 7-9pm. Guild Members: $20, Non-Guild Members: $30, Non-Art Student or Senior Citizen: $10, Art Student/Faculty: $5.
